Q Do you think your price is high?
A I know we are not the lowest price. If you keep asking, you will find lower and lower price in China. But please do trust lower prices are always with reasons. Too low price would not bring more profits but always lost. Quality and service is also important except for price. Only reasonable profit can offer good quality and good service.
If you do business with us, you don't worry about them. I know you would like to find a reliable supplier, and do long time business relationship, not one time business. Then we will be reliable. Please do trust profits for you is not only price, sometimes the things beyond price decide more in profits.
If you do business with us, then your money will be safe. Money will be refunded for bad quality. And before shipment, we can offer quality inspection by video operated by us for free if you need.

Q How about your payment terms?
A Usually it is 30% TT as deposit, and the 70% balance payment before shipment.

Q How much the transportation freight of samples?
A It depends on the weight and packing size and your area. I will check it for you before sending the sample.

Q How and how long can I get the samples?
A 1) The sample fee is free if it is our design, but you need to pay the freight. Also we can make sample according to your design and your requirements. But sample cost will be needed. Usually sample cost can be refundable after you place the order.
2) The samples time is about 5-7 days. Moreover, it will take about 3-7 days to arrive to your place.

Q How to order?
A Please send us your purchase order by Email, or we can send you proforma invoice for your confirmation. Information as below is needed.
1) Product information: Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Technology and Packing requirements etc)
2) Shipping information: Your company name, Phone&Fax number, Address, Destination port.

Q What is the difference between matte and glossy finish?
A 1) Matte is a dull finish without gloss or shine.
2) Gloss is bright with shine.

A We are located in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang Province, near to Ningbo and Shanghai.

Q How soon can I get a price quote?
A For most projects, once we know the detailed information, requirements and quantity, we can provide you a quotation within 24 hours.

A We have own factory of notebook, sticker and paper crafts, but we also help clients to look for other goods which is out of our factory.

Q Do you inspect the finished products?
A Yes, we have inspector to do it before shipment.

Q How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
A Sample time: 5-7 days. Mass production is about 15-20 days. It will finally depend on your quantity.

Q How can I get sample for check quality?
A I will send you our current sample for you to check the quality by free, but we ask the freight cost should be paid by you, it will be no problem, right?

A Yes, of course, we are glad to do it for you.

Q Could you send me a price list of all your products?
A Before to send it, could you let me know which kind of our products are you interested? Would you like to customize to your own design or need us to recommend?

Q What is MOQ if I give you the design? And if it can be several or only one design per order?
A Usually our MOQ for each design should be 500 pieces. It can be combined with several designs. But different goods has a little difference requirement on it.
